This Spring, we welcome our freshers as they embark on an exciting journey into a field that is increasingly vital in our aging global society. Over the past three years, our International Program in Gerontology and Long-term Care has attracted a diverse cohort of students committed to advancing care practices, policies, and innovations in the field. Students have come from Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Malawi, and Singapore, along with exchange students from the Czech Republic and the Philippines. We look forward to supporting our new students as they pursue their academic and professional development, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact in the field of gerontology and long-term care.
